Stickin' To The Schedule

I meant to post on Friday, before we left for our vacation, but time got away from me and I never got around to it. I did do really well last week though... and I felt great!! I made my 'appointment' to exercise every day, and more importantly-- I kept it. Then this past weekend we went to Jordan and I walked a bunch there. I have no doubt that I got in at least my minimum number of steps on those days. Plus, I managed to eat really well too. The middle eastern countries are not known for their desserts, so I didn't have much to worry about there. But there's always the possibility of overeating other things. However, the thought of eating food in a different country, where you're never quite sure of their cleanliness standards, sort of helped calm my appetite ;)
Still no budging on the scale though... but I'm trying to be patient. I know that if I stay faithful to the plan and keep doing what's right, I will eventually see a difference.

Well the scale may not be moving much but it sounds like your health should be greatly improving with all the moving your doing.

Stick to it, it'll happen!
