I've been trying to post here for several days, but I just haven't found the time it would take until now. I only have a few minutes this time, so I'll try to be brief.
My weight is the same, but I feel great! I've been pretty consistent with waking up early, about 5 am, and exercising (all but 2 days for the past 2 weeks). Exercising always makes such a huge difference for me. I really like praying while I'm exercising too. I know a lot of you mentioned that you don't think you could manage doing two different things at once, but I find that it actually helps me! When I try to do nothing but pray, my mind tends to drift off in a million different directions. I hate it that I can't seem to concetnrate; as much as I want to, it just doesn't seem to happen. But, if part of my mind is busy on the exercising, I've found that I only have enough mental capacity left to focus on prayer. This works out perfect for me; I feel like I can finally keep my focus on my fellowship with the Lord, and the exercising goes by so quickly I can hardly believe it when time is up!
I'm sorry I don't have a recipe this time. I've tried a few new things, but nothing worth passing on! Maybe next time.
I keep all of you in my prayers that you would glorify God in your bodies, and he would bless you with the weight loss you're seeking!

What a great combo. Working on your body and spirit at the same time. :0)
Pam, thank you for praying for me. I came home from my anniversary and I had lost a pound. For me that is very good. Eating out all the time is hard for a diabetic but God took great care of me and I had lost. So thanks again and hoping to hear from you soon.
Sorry about your Grandma. You have my prayers and the warmest thoughts from my heart. Wish I could give you a hug but even though I can't I pray that you can feel the arms of the Lord tightly around you. connie from Texas
